To hear it said once again out of the mouth of Congressman John Murtha that all is lost is both disheartening as well as disingenuous. According to the congressman, we might as well pick up our gear and pull out of Iraq. Yes, that's the Democrat ticket. Let's allow all the Iraqi people to be slaughtered by the hands of terrorists. It is terrorists who are trying their best to cause a civil war in a newly formed democracy. However the good people of Iraq are not buying into their disruptive mind set. There will be no civil war in Iraq. Good will and peace is being promoted in Iraq. Rumsfeld said: "There is no civil war in Iraq." "

Way too much credence has been given to an aged man who honorably served his country a very long time ago. Today he is dishonoring his country with his lies. Murtha has absolutely nothing to put on America's plate of discussion when it comes to his flawed views corcerning Iraq. The party of Congressman Murtha is out of touch. "Congressman Murtha, thank you for coming this morning. And I want to start by quoting something that General Peter Pace, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said this morning on "Meet the Press." He said he believes the war in Iraq is going, in his words, very, very well. What is your assessment?""REP. MURTHA?"

What President Bush and our awesome American and coalition troops have accomplished in Iraq and Afghanistan is more than outstanding. It is a miracle. We live in a better world today because of them. Twenty five million Afghans are free; hundreds of the al Qaeda are now dead. Iraq has been given a chance to chart it's own destiny as they continue to fight the greatest evil of their time.

No one can perceive what lies ahead at every turn. Yet liberty and freedom put forth hope in the hearts of those who have suffered oppression. The Iraqi people will not give up all that has been accomplished to fight amongst themselves. They will turn their backs on those outside forces of evil doers who are trying their best to cause internal chaos and strife. They will not allow tyranny to proliferation. There will be patient resolute. Enormous strength and stamina will be accredited to the names of the brave liberated people.

The supporters of democracy in Iraq will need our help until the day comes when they are strong enough to protect what they have so rightfully gained. America be confident. We are moving in the direction of human dignity and liberty.
