Dear God,

Please send a conservative savior, someone willing to be nailed to the cross of liberal media-infected public opinion, someone willing to be scourged endlessly and beyond human recognition with the 24-hour cable barbed wired whip of lies and half truths. We need someone willing to suffer the consequences of saying that true compassionate conservatism is addressing a man's immediate need by feeding him today – then teaching him to grow or catch tomorrow's meals himself, rather than forever enslaving him to rely on government for his daily bread. We need someone who will not crumble when called a racist as he knows in his heart that it is best for all Americans to speak English. We need someone with the courage to stand against what we all know is evil deep in our souls, the killing of babies just before birth and 11-year-old girls having abortions without their mommies knowing. Blood will run from this savior's brow resulting from a crown of thrones inscribed with racist, sexist and homophobe. While homosexuals say they only desire tolerance, their activists are aggressively seeking legislation forcing us to embrace their behavior.
We need someone willing to be spat upon and endure the excruciating pain of humiliating nails of character assassination being driven threw his hands and feet. And finally, suffer the betrayal and devastating hurt of being
pierced in the side with the toxic spear of party disloyalty. Is there one among us with such love for his fellow Americans and our country? Surely, such a selfless person would have to be divinely sent.
